Piccino is looking for a server who:
• has 2-3 years of experience at restaurants of similar caliber.
• knows what it means to have a sense of urgency.
• is comfortable managing a section of 6 to 12 tables.
• is able to work with a changing menu.
• knows what open handed service is.
• efficiently executes a multi-course dining experience, marking tables etc.
• wants to work with a wine list that focuses on wines with regional character, often bringing far flung grapes from unique places together with our California inspired Italian cuisine.

We have both full and part time positions available. Must be able to work both lunch & dinner shifts. FYI -- we are a pooled house.
