As a Server at KASA SF, you’ll be at the forefront of our guest experience. Your role will include:
- Providing outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders while offering menu recommendations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables and restocking supplies.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care.
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a server or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
