Prep Cook

Our Prep Cooks @ The Kensington provide the highest quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

This is a full-time position, Friday-Tuesday, 11am-7:30pm. 

Pay range: $21-23/hr DOE 

Hiring bonus: $500 

What will I do every day?

• Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine
• Prepare ingredients 
• Fill in for Cooks when needed
• Cook according to menus, production sheet and recipes with consideration 
• Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Be a high school graduate (preferred)
• Have at least one year of cooking experience

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

• A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
