If you have a passion for providing excellent service and enjoy working in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you! We pay minimum wage to part time servers ($17.34 in Oakland. Our part time servers make an additional $15 - 25 an hour in credit card tips (not including cash tips).
As a Part-Time Evening Server, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Taking and serving food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring tables are set, clean, and well-maintained throughout service.
- Assisting with any guest inquiries or special requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
- Following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy evenings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Availability to work part-time evening shifts.
