BOTA Tapas & Paella Bar is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused Part-Time Server to join our team. The Server is responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for hotel guests and local patrons alike.

Shift hours: 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Greet guests promptly and professionally
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest requests or concerns
Prepare and process guest checks and payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Work cooperatively with kitchen, hotel, and management staff
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of tapas, Spanish cuisine, wine, and cocktails is a plus
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Must possess or be able to obtain Washington State Food Handler and MAST permits
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies weighing up to 30 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and carrying items
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and busy restaurant environment
Manual dexterity to operate POS systems and restaurant equipment
Ability to safely navigate crowded dining and service areas
Hourly wage plus tips
