Summary:


The Line Cook is a member of the food and beverage team. This individual prepares food and beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

Essential Job Functions:

· Ensure food preparation is set up and ready for service

· Prepare food and drinks in accordance with the menu

· Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet all health and safety standards

· Maintain and ensure kitchen cleanliness

· Keep all product organized and stocked

· Maintain a clean station and properly label store any remaining products

· Inventory all products and supplies levels and report to manager for ordering

· Perform other related duties that may be assigned by manager

  Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment


Pay Rate:  $21-$23/Hour Depending on Experience

Schedule: Flexible: 3-5 days a week. Full and Part-time Positions. Both AM/PM shifts available.

Benefits: Health Insurance with minimum average of 30 hours per week (employee participation in cost), 401k, shift meal, golf privileges.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
  • Will be exposed to chemicals used in typical cleaning supplies.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications:

  • Required State food handling certification.
  • Some cooking experience preferred.
