As a Line and Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and portioning ingredients to meet daily kitchen needs.
- Cooking menu items to perfection according to recipes and standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (line cook, prep cook, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling procedures.
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy, team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating great food.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
