Philomena is a high-volume neighborhood pizza spot with a loyal following, strong systems, and a tight-knit crew.
We’re looking for a Lead Server who wants more than just shifts — someone ready to run the floor, lead a small team, and take ownership of service every shift.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a small, fast-moving restaurant where your decisions actually matter.
You’re not just taking tables — you’re setting the tone for the entire room.
On a typical shift, you’ll:
Small team, high ownership, real impact.
Consistent weekend availability is required.
You’ll work alongside a co-lead to maintain coverage and consistency.
We’re building something long-term here, not just filling shifts.
For the right person who proves consistency, leadership, and commitment over time, there is potential to grow into expanded leadership — and possibly participate in future ownership or partnership opportunities as the business evolves.
This is not a guaranteed path, but it is a real one for someone who wants to invest in what we’re building.
You’re a strong fit if you:
This is a small team environment:
If you like being in control of your shift and not waiting on direction, you’ll do well here.
We’re locally owned and community-driven.
We value consistency, accountability, and people who want to be part of a team — not just pick up shifts.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of a room and be recognized for it.
Send your resume and a quick note on your availability (NO WORD DOC RESUMES, ATTACH PDFs ONLY!)
If you’ve led shifts before (formally or informally), include that.
