Job Overview

   

High paced production kitchen and Team concept as leader with area's to be creative on cuisines and styles as needed standard production menu must be able to work independent heavy production team leader with multi cooking and trouble shooting solutions as needed.

Chef de partee knowledge of American comfort food/tex-mex diversity of cuisines Variety of cooking skills and methods Knowledge of dietary needs able to lead a team of cooks and step in as needed for meal productions and organizing meal production and set up.

         

Key Responsibilities

    

  • Strong cooking methods and knowledge of food.
  • Can be a strong team leader with cooks' with positive guidance able to stock/receive supplies with strong organization skills.

         

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    

  • 5 or more years with back off the house hands on cooking skills none profit knowledge a bonus can train culinary school or culinary training bonus must have a sensitive level and compassion with challenged population and team building skills.
  • 5 or more years with back off the house hands on cooking skills.
  • Non-profit knowledge a bonus.
  • Culinary school or culinary training bonus must have a sensitive level and compassion with challenged population and team building skills.
