Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Server Assistant to join our team. This role is more than just bussing tables — it requires a proactive team player with a strong background in service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to enhance guest interactions through thoughtful table touches and seamless collaboration with servers and bartenders. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support servers by performing a variety of tasks that enhance guest satisfaction and operational flow
  • Anticipate guest needs and assist with table touches, refilling water, clearing plates, and resetting tables efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge and service areas
  • Assist with beverage runs and ensure timely delivery of items to guests
  • Help monitor guest satisfaction and report any issues promptly to the service team
  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within upscale restaurants, lounges, or hotels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
  • Team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support others
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols is highly desirable
  • Full-time availability is required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
